Pink Floyd was formed in London in 1965. and gained an early following as one of the first British psychedelic bands, known for their epic jamming and sonic experimentation, esoteric lyrics, and elaborate live shows. They are widely considered the greatest progressive rock band of all time.

Pink Floyd was founded in 1965 by Syd Barrett (guitar, lead vocals), Nick Mason (drums), Roger Waters (bass guitar, vocals), and Richard Wright (keyboards, vocals). David Gilmour joined the band as the guitarist in 1967 and became one of the lead vocalists along with Roger waters in 1968 due to Syd Barretts deteriorating mental health. Waters would eventually become the primary lyricist and creative leader of the band, devising the concepts for the albums "The Dark Side of the Moon," which is the Fourth best-selling albums of all time, "Wish you were here," and "The Wall" which are often referred to as there most popular albums. This 1972 tour t-shirt, with its psychedelic colors and vintage look, paints a picture of where the band was at the time. This is the tour where they would start transitioning from the trippy sound of "Meddle" and playing the songs that would become "Dark Side of the moon."

This shirt is made from 100% cotton.
