In the 60’s there was a time when you had to pick a side. You were either a Beatles fan or a Stones fan. The Beatles were clean cut and sweet, while the Stones were known as the bad boys. It is said that their manager basically locked them in a room until they wrote an original song. Although it is said, that is not true. Whatever their manager did led them to form a songwriting collaboration that still exists today. I dig this shirt because it has some elements of what I consider their comeback album, Some Girls. Which contains many hits, especially the disco inspired “Miss You'' which is freaking awesome. During the pandemic I made a commitment to listen to every Stones album. I came close. I got up to the album Tattoo you. I will eventually finish this journey and share about it. One of my favorite things about Keith Richards is that he really isn’t really into guitar pedals, he just plugs in and plays.
